There are several alternate routes, we suggest the following route for the first inspection.
From Aberystwyth take the A487 coastal trunk road north up Penglais Hill, head through the village of Bow St, on the northern edge of the village turn left to Borth (signposted). At the village of Borth, take the 1st Exit left on to the Clarach road. Proceed up the hill for about ½ a mile and the land can be seen denoted by a for sale board.
