Morfa Mawr land is situated a mile or so due south of Llanon, some of the land abuts the main A487 coastal trunk road. Local amenties are available at Llanon to include general stores, butchers and primary school. The Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is some 4 miles or so travelling distance to the south. The university and market town of Aberystwyth is some 14 miles or so to the north and the Market towns of Lampeter and Tregaron are also with in a relativly short travelling distance in land.
