General Note

The land in total amounts to 35.2 acres or thereabouts, situated a short distance from the coast on the B4572 Aberystwyth to Borth road. Borth is some 2 miles or so to the north, the village having a good range of local amenities to include general stores, primary school and public houses. The university and market town of Aberystwyth is some 5 miles or so to the south, the town having a good range of local and national retailers in addition to most of the major banks and secondary schools.

There are several alternate routes to locate the land, I suggest the following for the first inspection.
From Aberystwyth proceed north up Penglais Hill on the brow of the hill turn left onto the Clarach road B4572 (signposted) continue out of the village of Clarach towards Borth and the land can be seen denoted by the for sale board.

The Outbuildings

The Land
