Despite this tranquil location, the property is within a short travelling distance of local amenities at Tregaron and also convenient to all major towns in the area. Directions

There are several alternate routes to the property I would suggest the following for the first inspection.

From Aberystwyth take the A487 trunk road south for approximately 3 miles to Llanfarian before turning left onto the A485 Tregaron road. Proceed for some 12 miles or so to Tregaron, turning right in the heart of the village (just before the bridge) proceed approximately 2 miles and Ty Hir is on the left hand side denoted by a for sale board.

From Lampeter take the A485 road North to Tregaron. Ty Hir is on the Right hand side a short through Tregaron following the turning to Llanddewi-Brefi
