From Aberystwyth take the A487 coastal truck road North for 4 miles to Bow Street. On the northern edge of the village turn left (near the garage) on to the B4353 Borth road and proceed through the village of Llandre. The land is denoted by a for sale board on the left hand side, a short distance after the railway bridge.

Tynllechwedd land is situated on the edge of the village of Llandre and within 2 miles of Bow St and Borth which provides for local amenities. The university and market town of Aberystwyth is some 5 miles travelling distance to the north.
