We were shown a couple of houses by Aled and agreed to purchase one just before lockdown started. Most estate agents shut up shop but Aled was always there working from home and his great team came back on line as soon as the rules allowed.

We had quite a few problems from solicitors but Aled was always there to sort them out. His knowledge of the area, people to contact and general love of the job shines through. I know we would not have been ready to exchange contracts shortly after the restrictions were lifted in Wales had it not been for Aled and his teams drive and enthusiasm to overcome any obstacle.

I have just completed on a property in Scotland and have used the services of Aled Ellis Estate Agents Aberystwyth Branch.

My goodness rarely do you stumble upon a collection of colleagues so intent on good service as this. Having moved house several times before my previous experience of Estate Agents was one of apathy and disinterest.

Aled Ellis and his team and in particular Eira was so proactive with selling this property for us, they went beyond good service.

I could not count the amount of telephone calls they made on our behalf.

Even towards exchange and the final completion, there was nowhere to hide from their doggedness to see it through.

Well done to you Aled Ellis it's not often you find a man true to his word. When I was very ill with cancer you promised me to look after the whole sale and assist my wife if the worst happened, and you did.

Turns out I've survived for a while longer.
